Say a user called user_name runs Inventor Pro 2010 (feature code 70500INVPRO_2010_0F). So anyone with any of those programs on that network will be able to obtain one of those licenses of PDSU. The PACKAGE allows us to run multiple programs, as shown after the "COMPONENTS=" (see above). Right after PACKAGE it has a feature code 85815PDSU_F, this is the feature code for the PACKAGE.
